What it does
A live dispatch board for every open call
Each open call is a card with the customer, address, lock or vehicle details and the technician. Assign a technician and move the call through Dispatch, Start driving, Arrived and Complete. Each step is timed, so the dashboard shows your average response time, and a lockout under way without ID verified is flagged.
Work orders with the details a locksmith needs
Job type for lockouts, rekeys, car keys, safes, smart locks and access control, the lock or vehicle details, the ETA you quoted, a box for ID or ownership verified, the technician and the price against cost, so the margin on every call is real.
Key records and rekey alerts
Keep the history of every key system you cut: lock brand and keyway, the doors or vehicle, keys cut and the next rekey date. A record flagged Rekey Needed or Key Lost / Stolen shows on the sidebar, the banner and the dashboard until it is dealt with. Safe combinations are never stored.
Estimates, stock and invoices in one file
Build the estimate from a flat-rate price book with markup and tax, turn it into a work order in one click, track key blanks, fobs and hardware against a minimum level in the shop and in each van, and invoice with deposits, progress billing, final invoices and change orders.
