Description

What it does

Insurance claims, tracked to the last check

Every storm claim keeps the carrier, claim and policy number, adjuster visit, RCV, ACV, deductible and supplements. It works out the first check, the depreciation held back and what the carrier still owes you, adds it up on the dashboard and warns you when a finished roof still has depreciation to request.

A roof takeoff that rounds up for you

Enter the plan area and the pitch, from flat to 12/12, add a waste percentage, and it shows true roof squares and rounds up to whole bundles, rolls and pieces from your own price book, with crew hours added as a labor line on the estimate.

Estimates, crews and invoices in one file

Build the estimate from your price book with markup and tax, print it on your letterhead with a signature line, turn it into a job in one click, put the job on a crew schedule and invoice it with deposits, progress billing, final invoices and change orders.

Real margin on every roof

Job price plus approved change orders, minus materials, expenses and crew hours at their rate. It is calculated from the records you already entered, so the price per square and the margin on each job cannot go stale.

Before you buy

What is roofing business software, and what does this one do?
It is the tool a roofing company runs its estimates, jobs, crews and invoices in. This one covers those for a roofing contractor or small roofing company in one offline file, and adds the part that is specific to storm work: an insurance claim tracker with RCV, ACV, deductible, supplements and recoverable depreciation.
Is it roofing business management software for a small company?
Yes. It is built for an owner-operator or a roofing company of a few crews: leads, estimates, claims, jobs, a crew schedule, permits and inspections, callbacks, safety records, subcontractors, suppliers, materials, purchase orders, expenses, timesheets and invoices in one file. There are no user accounts, so it is a one-person-at-a-time office tool.
Is it complete business software for roofing contractors, or an all-in-one?
It covers the business side from the first call to the paid invoice. It does not do everything a large platform does: no aerial roof measurement from satellite images, no customer portal, no texts or emails sent from the app and no live sync between devices. That is the trade for paying once instead of every month.
Does it measure a roof from an address or from photos?
No. The takeoff works from numbers you enter: the plan area, the pitch and a waste percentage. It shows true roof squares and rounds up to whole bundles and rolls, but it does not read satellite imagery, drawings or photos.
Can I use it for roof coating, repairs or commercial roofs?
Yes, because the price book is yours. Add your coating, repair, metal or TPO lines with your own cost and sell price and use the area takeoff for them. It has no coating-specific calculator, such as coverage rates per gallon, so you set the coverage yourself in the price book.
How much does roofing business management software cost?
Roofing software is usually sold as a monthly subscription, and the price depends on the company, the plan and the number of users, so check each site for the current figure. This one is a single payment for the file with no monthly fee, which is the point of choosing it.
Can it take card payments or file payroll?
No. It records payments against an invoice, by card, check, cash, transfer or financing, and shows what is still owed. The money moves through the terminal or app you already use, and payroll stays with your payroll provider. It is a record-keeping tool, not legal or insurance advice.
Can several people use it at the same time?
No, and it is worth knowing before you buy. There is no cloud sync and no shared database, so it is one computer at a time. A second office computer can work from a copy by restoring a backup file, but the two copies do not merge.
Is there a subscription?
No. One payment for the file, no account, no server and no monthly fee. Your records stay in your own browser and nothing is uploaded anywhere, so keep a backup file somewhere else.
