Quotes that become jobs, with a real margin behind them
Build a quote from line items – supplies, labor, subcontractor, equipment – with quantity, unit cost and markup, tax on top. Accept it and one click creates the job with the contract amount and cost budget already filled in. From there, job price plus approved change orders, minus supplies, subs and crew hours at their rate, gives a margin that updates itself as costs come in.
Recurring cleaning plans for the work that pays the bills
Weekly and bi-weekly home cleaning, monthly plans, commercial nightly contracts, Airbnb turnover plans, quarterly deep-clean add-ons – each with its own annual price, visits per year, next visit and renewal date. One click renews a plan for another year, and a plan that lapses stays visible instead of quietly disappearing.
A cleaning log, not just an invoice
Weather, crew on site, hours worked, what got done and what was delivered – logged per visit and printable as a daily report. When a client asks whether the crew showed up on Tuesday, the record answers it.
