Description

What it does

A day schedule with a column for every technician

Pest control routing software should show the whole day at a glance. The Day Schedule lays the day out by the hour, one column per technician, each appointment a block colored by status. Click an empty slot to book it, click a block to open it, and print the day sheet before your team heads out. Save an overlap, or a visit that runs past closing, and the app tells you who is already booked and asks first – it warns, it never locks you out.

Recurring service plans that draft their own next visit

Set up a customer’s plan once – service, price, frequency (Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, Annual) – and click Generate Next Appointment whenever it’s due. It drafts the visit on the due date and moves the plan’s own due date forward by its frequency automatically. The dashboard shows everything due in the next 14 days so nothing slips through.

Same-day calls, rebooks, check-out and material charges

Add Same-Day Call opens the form at the next slot for the urgent “I saw roaches” phone call. Rebook books the same customer, technician, service and time again in 1 to 6 weeks. Check Out records the service price, any material charge and how the customer paid, and Log Chemical Used records a material charge and takes it off your stock. It is the record-keeping side of a pest control POS: it does not process cards.

Customer property records and a chemical log with EPA numbers

Every customer carries property type, square footage, pets or kids on the property, access notes and treatment notes. Every product in your inventory carries its EPA registration number and active ingredient alongside cost, price, stock and a reorder level, so the paper trail is already where you need it.

Before you buy

What is the best pest control software for a small company that does not want a subscription?
For a small company, the honest answer is something you own. Subscription platforms charge per technician or per route every month, and the bill climbs with every truck you add. This is a one-time purchase that covers appointments, the day schedule, same-day calls, check-out, recurring service plans, chemical inventory and technician commission, with no renewal and no per-technician fee.
Is this pest control scheduling and routing software? Can it handle dispatch?
Yes, that is the core of it. You enter the appointment (customer, technician, service, date, time) and the app lists the open times, warns you before a double-booking, shows the day by technician and rebooks regulars in one click. Day Schedule, Appointments and Month Calendar all read from the same bookings, so nothing is entered twice.
Does it handle recurring contracts, like quarterly or monthly pest control?
Yes. Set up a Service Plan once – customer, service, price and frequency – and whenever it is due, click Generate Next Appointment. It drafts the visit on the due date and moves the plan’s due date forward by its frequency automatically.
Is this mobile pest control software, for technicians in the field?
It runs on any laptop or tablet a technician already has, in the truck or at the office, on Wi-Fi or fully offline once it is downloaded. There is no separate mobile app and no per-device fee.
Is it pest control accounting or billing software?
It records what was charged and what was spent, categorized, with income and expense reports and a CSV export for your bookkeeper – not full double-entry accounting. Check Out and Log Chemical Used log the sale; there is no card processing or invoice-by-email built in, so pair it with your accountant’s software for tax filing.
Does it work out technician commission?
Yes. Set a commission percentage per technician once. Their month’s appointments, revenue and commission owed come from completed visits at the service price, material charges excluded.
Can more than one person use it at the same time?
No, and it is worth knowing before you buy. There is no cloud sync or shared database, so it is one computer at a time. The office and a second computer can each work from a restored backup file, but the two copies do not merge.
Is there a subscription?
No. One payment for the file, no account, no server and no monthly fee. Pest control software is usually rented by the month, per technician or per route. Your records stay in your own browser and nothing is uploaded anywhere, so keep a backup file somewhere else.
