A room-by-room Paint Estimator
Type the length, width and height of each room, the doors and windows, whether the ceiling and trim are in, the coats and a prep level. It shows wall, ceiling and trim paint separately, the gallons you need and the whole gallons to buy, crew hours, your cost, your markup and the price, with the price per square foot. One click turns it into a quote.
A color schedule the client signs
Every color on a job in one list: room, surface, color name and code, brand and product, sheen and gallons, with a color chip. Each line moves from Proposed to Approved to Ordered to Applied, the dashboard lists approved colors ready to order, and the printed schedule has a client approval line.
Quotes, work orders and invoices in one file
Quotes print on your letterhead with a signature line, an accepted quote becomes a project in one click, the crew gets a work order the client signs on screen, and invoices (deposit, progress, final, variation, credit note) work out Paid, Partial and Overdue for you.
Real margin on every job
Job price plus approved change orders, minus expenses and painter hours at their rate. It is calculated from the records you already entered, so the margin on each job cannot go stale, and a job spending faster than it is being painted shows up early.
